- Technical data — basic information your browser sends, used to keep the site working and secure.

- To prepare and confirm your offer.
- To arrange your free collection and keep you updated.
- To pay you for your item.
- To prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.
- To improve our service.
Our lawful bases
We process your information to take steps at your request and to perform our agreement to buy your item (contract), to run and protect our business (legitimate interests), and where the law requires it (legal obligation).
Who we share it with
We only share what's necessary, with the couriers who collect your item and the service providers who help us run the site and process payments. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to complete your sale and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then we delete or anonymise it. Bank details are handled with care and not kept longer than necessary.
Data on the items you send us
Some of what we buy can store your personal data. Whatever you do at your end, every item that can hold data is wiped or factory reset when it reaches us, and an item that cannot be wiped is not resold. Please still remove your own data and unlink any connected account before you send it — that way it never leaves your hands at all.
Your rights
