Yes, and this is the one thing that genuinely stops a sale. Settings → your name → Find My → Find My iPhone → off. A handset that arrives still locked to your Apple Account cannot be reset or resold, so we would have to send it back to you. We will text you a reminder before collection.

Please do — Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Erase All Content and Settings. Back it up first. We wipe every phone again on arrival regardless, and log it against your order, but doing it yourself means your data never leaves your hands at all.

We still buy it, but it is worth less than an unlocked one, so tell us in the description. If it turns out to be locked when we did not expect it, you get a revised offer to accept or refuse — we do not just pay you less without asking.

We buy it. Choose "Poor" if it works with cosmetic damage, or "Faulty" if the damage stops it working properly. Cracked phones are a normal part of what we take in.

Bank transfer on the day your phone arrives and passes its check. Not a payment run, not vouchers, not store credit.

Nothing. A courier collects from an address and a day you choose. If you decide against the offer after we have checked the phone, it comes back to you free as well.

You get a revised offer with the reason, and you accept it or you refuse it. Refuse and we return the phone at our cost. We never quietly pay less than you agreed to.

Yes, and it is common — an upgrade cycle usually shakes two or three out of a household. Submit each one so each gets its own price, and we will collect them together.
